CartDub Preheating 510 Vape Cartridges Instructions

Instructions for Preheating 510 thread cartridges for Filling.

The CartDub Lite can be effectively used to preheat cartridges in order to allow for a better and more efficient filling process as warm carts receive thick extracts much better. 1. Start to pre-heat your oven to 180 Degrees Fahrenheit (DO NOT USE MICROWAVE!)
2. Find a Mason Jar, Pyrex grade glass, Thick ceramic cup that can hold your Cartdub lite
3. Place cartdub lite onto the base you found in step 2.
4. Uncap your cartridges to be filled and place them Reservoir up into the CartDub lite
6. Place CartDub Lite with Cartridges into 180 Degrees Fahrenheit oven
7. Allow to sit for 20 Minutes within oven
8. Remove and fill warm cartridges and seal them.

Many times home users like to use their own extracts or purchase syringes from their dispensary and end up filling their own vape cartridges, sometimes when the extracts or cannabis concentrates are too thick filling vape carts can be difficult for the home user. You may encounter carts that wind up under filled, leaky, or just have a pain of a lengthy manually process. The cart dub system allows you to preheat 10 cartridges at a time allowing the easy cartridge filling. The warm cartridges will better receive the fill of thick oil or distillate and reduces the likelihood of any issues during the filling process from thicker extracts.

Recovering Oil from Vape Cartridges - 100 Carts at the time!

The CartDub Pro may be used to reclaim oil from malfunctioning vape cartridges in a safe and efficient manner. This method utilizes no additives and is very good at maintaining the oil's or extract's condition and potency. This approach is extremely quick and recovers a higher percentage of the oil than other methods. Please wear gloves and other standard lab safety equipment before using.

1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Fahrenheit (DO NOT USE THE MICROWAVE!)
2. Remove the caps from your problematic cartridges and set them in the CartDub Pro upside down (screw facing up). **Make sure the collector pan is underneath the holding tray to recover the oil.**
3. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Fahrenheit and place CartDub Pro with Cartridges inside.
4. Remove from oven and set aside for 20 minutes.
5. Take the CartDub Pro and the cartridges out of the oven.
6. Take the Holding Tray out of the collector pan.
7. Remove the collected oil from the nonstick Collector pan with care.
